LARGE PELLET HEATER WITH ASH PAN is rated out of 5 by 3.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Suzzette from Such A Disappointment! I purchased this stove to use as a primary heating source for a renovated living space with no furnace. The space is just over 1800 sf so this was perfect. I received it in October and installed it in December figured the space would be set for the winter season. It stayed lit for portion of the heating season and while it was working it was wonderful. It went out and I had to replace the control panel. Then I had to replace the exhaust blower. Last season, I had to close off that section of the house because the stove would not start at all. I have cleaned all parts of the stove in spring in the hopes that I could get it working this heating season, to no avail. I have sought someone to repair the stove and have not been able to locate a service man in my area. So I have another heating season with NO HEAT in half of my home. I have gone thru the trouble shooting steps and still don't have an answer as to why my stove will not start. It appears that I may have to replace the control panel and the air switch, hoping this will work but these are hefty priced items. It appears I will need to replace this stove with another if I can't repair it as it is needed as a primary heat source in my home. I had high hopes for this stove and am sorely disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Steven from Nice stove, good overall value This is the second USSC pellet stove that I have purchased. I find that it heats well and lights without issue. My first stove had igniter problems. The only reason for 4 stars is that I find it a little loud, even on the lowest setting.

Rated 3 out of 5 by mittyy from 5520 Replacement pellet stove I have the 5520 as a replacement for the window pellet stove recall. It started out great but after the fourth start it failed to ignite the pellets. I have checked the trouble shooting chart and everything seems to be fine. I did notice the rod was about 1/2 inch in the tube. I have been starting it manually and have had no other issues. It just wont start automatically. It seems to heat nicely we have it in our basement. I like this stove and so does the wife. I believe I need to adjust the starter and see what happens. I like the fact you can add a millivolt thermostat. I will u
