Wood stove review

First time ever installing a wood stove. I love watching the fire inside. Must say the wood stove held up great so far. Bought a chimney liner from Amazon to feed down my existing flute. Would suggest starting a fire in it before installing inside first just get that nasty break in smell out before hand.

Great stove for a small price

I’m now on my third winter with this stove. I bought mine at Tractor Supply. It was in stock and there was no delay in picking it up. I installed the stove and new duravent pipe up to the existing cathedral box. Stove snobs on reddit will shame you for not having a higher priced brand. But this thing does put out a whole bunch of heat. My place is extremely well insulated and I have just over 800 square feet to heat. Even on days when the outside temperature is down into single digits, I’m warm inside. Two pieces of advice I would offer. Don’t bother with the ash tray. Just use a shovel and take the ashes out directly from the fire box. When starting up my stove I found that I need to leave the door cracked open so it can draw in more air. Once the stove is warm I can close the door and have a good strong draw. I paid $600 for mine and I think I got a great deal and an amazing amount of heat for my money. I’m out west so I burn western soft woods. My primary go to for firewood is red fir.

Fantastic heater!

We LOVE our heater! Our heated square footage is 1738 and even on 29* nights this thing will have you cracking a window! I would definitely recommend getting the blower attachment. The only semi-negative I have to say is the placement of the plug to access the ash pad seems off center and can often times cause ash to fall outside the ash pan. Well made and worth the purchase. It’s always good to have an alternative heat source!

Fantastic product

I shopped for a wood stove for six months. I compared your US2000E-P to dozens of wood stoves and the only stoves that even begin to compare are three- four times the price. The US2000E-P has every feature you could possibly want on a wood stove. Even the person that installed the stove had noting but praise for the product. You did not miss a thing. Extremely well engineered. I really lucked out when I visited Tractor Supply. BTW: Tractor Supply is having a hard time keeping a supply on hand. I had to travel 30 miles to another store to purchase the last stove they had. Well worth the trip.
