The 3000 wood stove is the largest plate steel stove offered by USSC. This unit will heat 3,000 Sq. Ft. of your home with up to 123,000 BTUs of heat from America’s oldest sustainable resource, wood. A quiet, efficient 100 cubic feet per minute blower is included with the purchase of this stove. The massive 3.0 cubic foot firebox will accept logs up to 21 In. in length, increasing burn time and decreasing time spent refueling the stove. This stove meets the stringent requirements of the EPA certification program and is one of the cleanest on the market at 1.9 grams per hour of particulate. This is a testament to the 3000’s efficiency, safety, and low environmental impact. The 3000 has an elegant, large, arched glass door with a built in air wash feature that helps keep the glass clean the fire viewable.

      All replacement parts are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase. The integrity of the firebox itself is covered for 3 years from the purchase date. Some dealers may sell extended warranties. You will need to contact your dealer for assistance if you have purchased one and are outside of the US Stove coverage time frame.
    • Can I burn corn in my pellet stove?
      NO, you cannot burn corn in your pellet stove. The pellet stove was designed and tested for wood pellets only. Burning corn in your stove will void your warranty and may create a safety hazard or cause damage to your stove. You should only burn premium hard wood pellets in your pellet stove.
    • What are the slides in the back wall or in the bottom of the firebox for?
      They are clean-outs for the ash build up. These should be cleaned out AT LEAST every burning season or for every ton of pellets burned. You should check them periodically to ensure there’s not a lot of ash build-up. This will greatly affect the performance of your pellet/corn stove!
    • Do I need a Fresh Air Kit?
      This will depend on how air tight the home/building is. If it is very air tight, negative pressure can form and interfere with the proper functioning of the stove. If the unit is installed in a mobile/manufactured home, the fresh air kit is REQUIRED!
