Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works perfect the first day Saturday was the first time we fired up this stove and it worked perfect. I was surprised that the automatic thermostat was able to control the speed of the pellet drop as well as the fan speed. I am impressed........

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great looking stove; poor manual I picked up my pellet stove from Home Depot. It looks great. I am hooking it up this weekend. The only downside is that the manual just doesn't tell you everything, like where are the electrical hookups, etc.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Overpriced junk parts This is the 4th winter since we bought this and do not recommend it. Almost immediatly parts started going bad. Customer service was very good at replacing them free of charge while it was still under warranty but it was still a pain. Just this season with the last $300 part that has gone bad, we could have bought a new pellet stove with the money we have spent. It does blow good heat when it works but it seems to need repaired more than it works.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed I bought this stove from Tractor Supply in 2011 within the first year I had to replace the blower. The stove work but would shutoff on higher settings so I kept the settings low. I tried using it the next season and it would shut down after starting and started flashing 1&5 which didn't make since according the manual reason for that warning code. I didn't bother with stove for 2 years it became a piece of furniture to put items on. I have lost patients with stove and wish I had spend the money and purchased what I have in the lower part of my home. I bought this because it was much cheaper than the Enviro I purchased. This goes to say you get what you pay for I have not had to repair or replace any parts of that older unit which I use 90% more than the stove I purchased from Tractor Supply.
