Frottez le m\u00e9got de porc avec le paprika, la cassonade, le sel et le poivre. R\u00e9glez la temp\u00e9rature du gril \u00e0 425 degr\u00e9s. Faites bien saisir la viande, environ 20 minutes. Diminuez la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 225, puis fumez pendant 4 \u00e0 5 heures. Retirez le m\u00e9got et enveloppez-le bien dans du papier aluminium. Remettez sur le gril et faites cuire encore 1 \u00e0 2 heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/4 de cassonade fonc\u00e9e tass\u00e9e<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de m\u00e9lasse<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sel casher<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/4 tasse de ketchup<\/p>\n\n\n\n
