2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de moutarde de Dijon<\/p>

1 gousse d'ail \u00e9cras\u00e9e et hach\u00e9e<\/p>

1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de romarin finement hach\u00e9<\/p>

Sel et poivre au go\u00fbt<\/p>

1 tasse de vin blanc sec<\/p>

Pour la sauce<\/em><\/p>

1 tasse de bouillon de boeuf<\/p>

1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de farine<\/p>

Instructions<\/strong><\/p>

R\u00e9glez le fumoir \u00e0 450 degr\u00e9s. Saisir le r\u00f4ti de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s ; cela devrait prendre environ 15 minutes. Pendant ce temps, dans un petit bol, bien m\u00e9langer le beurre, la moutarde, l\u2019ail et le romarin. Placez le r\u00f4ti po\u00eal\u00e9 dans une po\u00eale en fonte. \u00c9talez le beurre partout sur le dessus. Assaisonnez g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement la viande de sel et de poivre, puis ajoutez le vin blanc dans la po\u00eale. Baissez le feu \u00e0 300 degr\u00e9s et faites cuire 60 \u00e0 90 minutes jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la temp\u00e9rature interne atteigne 145 degr\u00e9s. Retirer, couvrir de papier d'aluminium et laisser reposer la viande 30 minutes.<\/p>

Pendant que le r\u00f4ti repose, pr\u00e9parez la sauce \u00e0 la po\u00eale. Portez le jus de cuisson \u00e0 \u00e9bullition \u00e0 feu moyen sur votre cuisini\u00e8re int\u00e9rieure.
