Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Investment I bought stove three years ago and have replaced a component each of the last two years. The second year the blower motor went bad and now the exhaust motor is bad. The hopper door switch is bad and the burn pot has become distorted due to heat. I also had another US Pellet Stove (the 5500M) . It was so bad I gave it away. NO MORE US STOVE PRODUCTS!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bought 2, I wish I'd bought ZERO I bought one for my 70 year old mother and it lasted less than 3 months. Door Latches broke, High temp sensor failed twice. The one I bought for the rental house has had the hi and low temp sensors fail, the bearings on the exhaust blower go bad and the micro switch (Pellet loading door interlock) Failed. The gasket for the Exhaust blower disintegrated so I have to replace it also. These are terrible money Pits. Not surprisingly, Tractor Supply discontinued selling them after the first year. So they do not stock parts...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor workmanship and mechanical reliability This stove has been lightly used and well maintained. In just over its first year the convection blower has failed and the replacement (of same design no less) is expensive. Not worth the money nor the repair. Also, poor workmanship on the exterior appearance, blemishes and poor alignment

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Don't buy I am so upset with this stove. I bought it thinking it would be a great investment and keep my little house nice and toasty and it does WHEN it works. But every time I think it is so nice, something goes out on it. . My blower stopped, replaced. My auger broke, my brother had it fixed which I still think he bought me a new one but he said he had it welded. Now my convection blower is out again. I can not afford to keep fixing this stove. Every few weeks, it is something new. I clean it. Sad

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Enjoy the bay front window I bought this Model #5660(I) on 10\28\12. The first year was great. On 11\14\13 I had to replace the PCB Circuit Board, which had a couple of changes. There was a second fuse added. This would have saved my first one if the original had this. 5 weeks later the igniter. Which was really the reason the circuit board blew. 2 months and 2 weeks later I had to replace the Convection Blower. By May 1, 2013 the Exhaust Blower died. Would have given an A+ rating the first year. This has been a costly investment.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great looking stove; poor manual I picked up my pellet stove from Home Depot. It looks great. I am hooking it up this weekend. The only downside is that the manual just doesn't tell you everything, like where are the electrical hookups, etc.
